Annual Bank Holiday Monday 5k hosted by Barking Road Runners.
This is a 2 lap course. It commences with a straight run of approximately 400 metres towards the allotments, very slight downhill, then a sharp left which brings you alongside the lake. Continue to the end of the lake, then take another sharp left, with a very slight incline. Follow this path, then take a gentle right turn and a left turn shortly afterwards. At the end of this path take a natural left. Follow this and then take the first possible left. This will bring you back to the start. Take a right turn and complete a second lap. There will also be a junior “fun run” available on the day – free to enter.
Entry £5 Affiliated / £7 Non Affiliated. 2013 race - 215 Finished.
