Retro Run UK is a totally awesome 5K run that will have you running to the beat as you make your way round the 5K loop.
We start to a backdrop of 70's music. As you progress through the 5K, you will be motivated by the sounds of the 80's driving you on to the finish line and in to the sounds of the 90's. So dress up in your retro rags, get out your shell suits or flares and join us for a run, jog or walk (dressing up is encouraged but not compulsory).
The Retro Run UK promises to be a wicked event, start to finish.
The Retro Run UK is in association with Age UK Essex, who will be offering a clothes dump. So please bring along any unwanted clothes from any era and help fill the bins. There will be a seperate bin so that you can leave the clothes you ran in, if you wish.
