The club was originally founded in 1982 and now with over 150 members, covering veterans, adults, ladies and juniors.

You're sure to find a friendly group of similar ability people that will encourage you with your desired goal.

We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 and 7:45pm upstairs at the Harwich & Dovercourt Rugby Club near the swimming pool Post code CO12 3TA
