First Essex half marathon of the year is held at Great Bentley in rural Essex. The course is flat and fast.

Usually a sell out in a few days. Entries open 19 October 2019 11am.

Entry costs: £17 – member of UKA affiliated athletics club / £19 – non-member of UKA affiliated athletics club. Entry Limit 900.

2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 finishers - 605, 748, 725, 706 & 669 respectively.
