CHANGE FOR 2021
Now in its 41st year, the Roding Valley Half Marathon continues to be a very popular race.
Even before the pandemic, we were considering moving the event from the usual early March date to the autumn to try and avoid clashes with the ever increasing number of early spring "corporate races".
I hope that our many regular runners and new competitors will consider entering and trying the new date.
We pride ourselves on the positive feedback we always receive from both experienced runners and novices. In particular we receive praise for the efficiency of the organisation and the friendliness and encouragement given by our marshals (all drawn from the ranks of our current and former runners).
The race will be chip timed for instant results. All finishers will receive a medal and a goodie bag. In addition to prizes for men, women and veteran categories there are spot prizes to be won.
Entry Limit 1,500.
Entry Cost - £24 Affiliated / £26 Non Affiliated plus £2 offline & on the day entries.
842, 809, 609, 542 and 407 completed in 2013, 2014, 2015,2017 & 2018 respectively.
