Harlow 10 mile event has been run every year since 1990 so 2020 will be the 30th edition from Harlow Running Club. A fast, gently undulating course on quiet country lanes, footpaths and traffic free cycle tracks.

5 mile event added for 2020.

Entry Cost £ 23 Affiliated / £ 25 Non Affiliated (prior to event) Plus £1 for on the day entries.

Entry Limit 600. 2017 finishers being 250 respectively.
