Springfield Striders Friday Night 5 continues for fourth year at Pleshey location.

Same format - no medals, however, BBQ, lots of prizes and now a two lap course so you wave to your supporters at half way.

Entry Limit is 300 . 127 finishers in 2017. Entry Closing 16 June 2017 and definitely NO entry on the day.
