The Seventh Annual Saltmarsh 75 event.

The Saltmarsh Half Marathon covers 13.5 miles along the Saltmarsh Coast Trail following the River Crouch from Marsh Farm in South Woodham Ferrers to Burnham-on-Crouch and the beautiful Riverside Park. The event is open to runners and walkers of all abilities who want a rural trail challenge.

Individual, runner or walker - £25 entry fee

All participants must be 18 years of age or over on Saturday 5th October 2019. Participants must be in good health and be capable of completing the 13.5 mile route within 5 hours at a minimum average speed of 3 mph. Advice should be sought if you are unsure of your capabilities.
